In case you haven't noticed, I've been in a bit of a book lull and this book was the perfect one to pull me out of it!
This book. This book brought out every emotion in me from the very beginning. I actually caught myself holding my breath and at times had to put it down for a few seconds to collect my thoughts before diving right back in.
I loved Lautner from his first appearance as the naked pool guy and even more as the book went on. I was completely destroyed when Sydney's job was up and their time together came to an end. Though I enjoyed the other characters, these two were it for me! With a few twists of fate and a lot of anguish my heart hurt for these two. I can honestly say that I loved the ending and am happy with how their story turned out. It was perfect and undeniably the best "what if" that was!

Hush (Black Lotus #3) - review
I read Hush about a month ago and I'm still disappointed in the final book of the Black Lotus Series.
After reading Bang I was completely addicted! To say that I loved Bang is an understatement. It was awesome, intense, different and kept you on the edge of your seat, not to mention the cliffhanger, ugh!
And then there was Echo. Good but nothing as good as Bang. I swear the series just went completely downhill slowly.
I hate to write a bad review especially since I love EK Blair but it just wasn't where I saw this series going at all. I can't wait to see what Ms. Blair delivers us next!

The Big O - review
If you are looking for a fun and fabulous read, this is it! The Big O truly delivers in more ways than one!
This book is full of Os beginning with Olivia Olander and Officer Oren O'Brien. She is a 24 year old virgin and first grade teacher who has crossed paths with this sexy cop! They have an undeniable chemistry and their relationship is full of fun and a few Os!
I devoured The Big O in one sitting! I laughed and could appreciate the humor and heart of the story!
HJ Bellus has definitely surprised me in a good way with this little gem! Can't wait for more of the Virgin Diaries!

Leap - review
Leap by M.R. Joseph was a great stand alone book featuring Mack and Rinny! You will fall in love with their story from the very beginning and get sucked into each and every bump, twist and turn along the way!
Life is about taking chances. Life is about taking the leap of faith. The leap.
These words couldn't be more true for the two childhood friends as their lives unfold on the pages. Their story is like none other and Ms. Joseph did a great job of dealing with some very touchy topics and social issues.
I really enjoyed this book and completely believe it's worth the chance to take the leap so if I were you I'd take the leap and read this book! You will not regret it!

Leap - Cover Reveal
LEAP by M.R. Joseph
- SYNOPSIS -
What if you had no idea your “future” lived beside you your whole life?
What if that person was also your best friend?
What would you do when you finally realized it?
MacIntyre “Mack” Cooper and Corrine “Rinny” Blanchard have known each other since birth. Growing up on the South Shore of Long Island, living next door to one another and their parents being best friends, meant growing up together was unavoidable. Their bond made them inseparable.
What Corrine didn’t expect was the attraction she began to feel towards her best friend as the two grew older.
As Corrine’s feelings evolve over time and tragedies transpire, she must put her feelings for Mack aside and continue to be just his best friend- unconditionally- when he needs her the most.
However, what happens when the person you love most in the world is taken away without warning just when you need them the most? Would you give up hope or would your love keep hope- and him alive?!
No one knew Rinny like Mack did. No one ever would. Mack’s advice to her was when life takes a turn, and your faith is tested and your dreams seem out of reach, sometimes you just have to take the leap.
