Devoured - review

So I must start off saying that I am extremely disappointed in this book. I was really hoping to Devour it! Dominant, bad boy, rock star Lucas Wolfe sounds yummy to me! Unfortunately, for some reason I just couldn't get into him. Maybe I was thrown off by the cover of this book. I've seen it before and this is the same guy on the cover of Easy. Hello other Lucas! 

So this Lucas is in the process of buying Sienna's grandmother's house which causes her to return to her hometown. When she sees Lucas again, thoughts of the past come back and she is determined to not revisit them.  Lucas will do anything to get Sienna into his bed including offering her the deed to the house for 10 days of her time.  

Not sure if there are just so many others that fit this description or if it was his relationship with Sierra but I didn't feel the electricity that pulled them together. Even though there were some hot scenes I wasn't completely Devoured by this book. Maybe I'll read the prequel, All Over You to get a glimpse of what happened between Lucas and Sienna 2 years ago in hopes that it changes my opinion of this book.

Sexy Sunday - 1/20

Sam Reynolds from Reunion by M.R. Joseph is definitely sexy enough to have his own day! He reminds me of a lot of boys I know but way sweeter and had me completely swooning by the end of the book.

 P.S. - The author likes him for her inspiration, I like this pic personally because it reminds me of Sam walking into the diner.

Reunion - review

I have to say I was super excited and a bit hesitant to read this book. I "know of" this author through some mutual friends and I'm very honest with my reviews. That being said, (and minus a few grammatical errors, sorry), I absolutely loved Reunion! I could completely relate to this story and it is exactly my kind of book!

Savannah Garrett, music teacher at a prestigious school in Boston is back in her hometown, just outside of Philadelphia, for her 10 year reunion. Running into her high school sweetheart, Sam Reynolds after 5 years is less than welcoming and automatically brings up memories of their past relationship and obstacles that were overcome.

I absolutely loved the flashbacks and the playlist of Sam & Savy's life and relationship. This book had me happy, sad and ultimately happy at the end. Sam Reynolds is swoon-worthy with his romantic ways. I absolutely love him! I thoroughly enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more from Ms. MR Joseph. What a great first book! Get to writing more!!! Please and thank you!

Up to Me - review

Up to Me is book 2 in the Bad Boys Series by M. Leighton and it surely did not disappoint! Cash Davenport is back!!! Twice the amount of bad boys, twice the amount of action and twice the amount of sexiness!

I absolutely fell in love with Cash & Nash in Down to You. In this book, Olivia has fallen hard for Cash regardless of his bad boy ways. Unfortunately, Cash's past has caught up with him and now his and Olivia's lives are in danger. Enter Gavin! Yum! The hotness level in this book is off the charts, especially the club scene! Holy hotness! Need a shot of whiskey now!

There are so many twists and turns right up until the last page! The very last twist has me reeling and I can't wait to read more in this series and find out what happens next!

Sexy Sunday 1/13

I've been sucked back in to the wonderfully sexy life of Cash Davenport from M. Leighton's book Up to Me. We first meet him (and his twin brother Nash) in Down to You. Here's my vision but definitely read these books so you can decide for yourself. Just think, 2 of him ;)

A Beautiful Lie - review - BLOG TOUR STOP

A Beautiful Lie (Playing With Fire #1) is a brand new book from the amazing T.E. Sivec (Tara Sivec). If you've read the Chocolate Lovers series than you know how awesome she is. This novel has upped her awesomeness level in my book!

Garrett McCarthy & Milo Roberts are best friends when they meet the lovely Annabelle Parker in a coffee shop. The three of them are inseparable until a tragic turn of events. When Garrett and Annabelle are left to pick up the pieces and discover the truth about Milo, sparks start flying between the two of them. The chemistry between Garrett and Annabelle is undeniable and you will love both characters! Garrett is definitely a swoon-worthy Navy Seal and Annabelle just kicks ass!

There are so many twists and turns in this book. It draws you in and makes you believe that reality and perceptions are not always what they seem. Amongst the lies, secrets, and deception, true love conquers all.

Fallen Too Far - review

I absolutely have Fallen Too Far for this book by Abbi Glines! It's sweet, sexy and perhaps her best book to date!

From the moment Blaire pulled out her gun I knew I was going to love her. And Rush....ahh, what can I say about this hot, sexy, spoiled, son of a rock star?! He should be off limits to her. She's the daughter of his new step father, young and innocent and he is the complete opposite! Well we all know that opposites attract and Rush and Blaire are no exception!

When Blaire's father and Rush's mother return from Paris, Blaire's life as she knew it is turned upside down. As if it couldn't get worse, Abbi has left us hanging and wanting so much more! I am impatiently waiting for March when we get more Rush and Blaire in Never Too Far!

Rush Finlay from Abbi Glines' Fallen to Far is the first sexy guy of 2013. He is the 24 year old son of a rockstar, is super sexy and has just the right amount of bad boy charm. Can't wait for more of this series!

Hopeless - review

Colleen Hoover is a sensational author and this book is nothing less than exceptional!!!! If you liked Slammed and Point of Retreat, you will LOVE this book! It is pure perfection in every way! Simply put, it's one of the best books I've read.

I "live" Sky and Holder and everything about them. Their relationship is one of a kind and you can feel their intense connection on every page. I love all of of the firsts that they get to experience together and all of the forevers that have yet to come!

Kiss Me - review & COVER REVEALS

The Keatyn Chronicles - Book 2

Can I just say that I absolutely love Jillian Dodd and the her Keatyn Chronicles series! I hate when the books end because I want more!! 

In Kiss Me, we pick up right where Stalk Me left off. Keatyn is at boarding school with a new life, new friends and new boys! Quite a few of them! I think at one point I was actually confused with ALL of the boys, Riley, Dallas, Dawson, Aiden and let's not forget about Brooklyn (though he's on my shit list right now). While I'm still Team Aiden (demi-God of all hotties), Dawson was sweet, sexy and charming just not who I see Keatyn with for the rest of the series. They do have a cute relationship but I'm just waiting for Aiden to step it up a notch! Aiden does have his swoon-worthy moments, especially his song list! He is the perfect blend of sweetness and bad boy!

Can't wait to read more in Date Me!
